Southampton are firmly nailed to the bottom of the Premier League table, and unless they beat Fulham on Saturday at St. Mary’s, their relegation from the English top flight will become a mathematical certainty.

Still, goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu believes there are things to be learned from such a disappointing season.
