Manchester United are ready to sell Casemiro in the January transfer window, according to TEAMtalk. The report has claimed that the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners want £50 million in transfer fees for the former Real Madrid defensive midfielder.

Casemiro has been on the books of United since the summer of 2022 when he joined from Real Madrid. The Brazil international did well last season, but the 31-year-old needs help to make an impact for the Red Devils this campaign. Casemiro has scored one goal in eight Premier League matches and two goals in two UEFA Champions League games for Erik ten Hag’s side so far this season.

United are sixth in the Premier League table at the moment with 21 points from 12 matches, five points behind fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur. The Red Devils are at the foot of UEFA Champions League Group A with three points from four matches, nine points behind leaders Bayern Munich.
